Muscat: Oman’s Water and Wastewater Service Company has issued a clarification statement on videos circulating on social media regarding water quality.
According to the Times of Oman, the company says that the water supplied by the company to its customers is in accordance with the standards set in Oman for open water.
The company says that its team of experts is taking all necessary steps to check the water quality once again.
Apart from this, the company has also assured to check the water connection facilities and water in the houses.
The company has suggested to the users to clean the water tank in their homes from time to time.
