Precisely the general manager of Olympiacos, Nikos Lepeniotis, has spoken with the web sport24.gr about the event in Lithuania and, specifically, about the tickets available to the four classified teams. And, in his opinion, Olympiacos would benefit if both Real Madrid and AS Monaco qualified tonight: “Officially all four teams have the same number of tickets. But if Maccabi Tel Aviv and Partizan fail to qualify for the Final Four, Olympiacos’ path to additional tickets may be easier. The Spanish do not usually go more than 300 people. It will depend on the results on Wednesday if we can count on more entries.”.
Olympiacos’ forecast is that its fans will ask for between 2,500 and 3,000 tickets to be in Kaunas, far from what they will have. “Each team will have 560″, says Lepeniotis. 80% of the capacity of the Zalgirio Arena is available through three different categories: pre-sale and sale, team tickets and VIP tickets. The remaining 20% is reserved for invitations, including sponsors, guests, TV rights holders and the media.
