Actor Anil Kapoor’s film ‘Nayak the Real Hero’ completed 20 years of release on Tuesday. The actor says this is one of his films that has aged. Directed by S Shankar and produced by AM A political action film produced by Anil Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Amrish Puri, Paresh Rawal and Johnny Lever in the lead roles.
Anil said that ‘Nayak’ is one of my films that has definitely aged well. As an actor, I am grateful to Shankar for giving me the opportunity to explore my rank as an action hero and they believed me.
He further said that for me the most exciting scene in this movie was the one where I was trying to balance myself on the bus for a fight sequence in the movie. It was quite difficult. ‘Nayak’ will always remain close to my heart for his sheer effort and I hope to celebrate 20 more years of the film soon.
In the movie, Anil filmed a naked body for an action scene for the first time. This was the first action sequence in Indian cinema to use computerized effects, using 36 different cameras at the same time for the same frame.
Currently, the 64-year-old star is busy filming for ‘Jug Jug Jio,’ which also stars Varun Dhawan, Neetu Singh, and Kiara Advani.
