It’s been a few months since actors Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya tied the knot in December. The newlyweds recently gave fans a glimpse into their fun chemistry during an interview. They took turns asking each other questions, sharing adorable anecdotes about their relationship. But not everyone was impressed – many viewers didn’t buy their chemistry, with some even scrunching up their faces in distaste.
In the clip, the couple is seen reading out questions for each other. The first question was, “Who’s more likely to get a parking ticket?” Naga Chaitanya quickly replied, “Obviously me, because…” before Sobhita jumped in, “because I don’t drive.” She then teased, “I drive him crazy.” Chaitanya burst out laughing at this.
The couple’s lighthearted banter continued, with Naga mentioning his love for watching films. Sobhita playfully responded, “I love watching you.” Naga jokingly complained that she needs to watch all his movies, saying, “You need to watch all my films, I’ve done maybe 100 of them, and you’ve seen 10.” Sobhita agreed to start watching his films, and they both ended up in stitches.
However, not everyone was convinced by their chemistry. The comment section was filled with people saying that the couple lacks a spark. Some even went as far as to say that they don’t seem like a believable couple.
Sobhita and Naga had kept their relationship under wraps until they got engaged in August. After their engagement, Naga’s father, actor Nagarjuna, shared photos of the special moment. The couple eventually tied the knot on December 4th at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, following traditional South Indian customs.
This is Naga’s second marriage, after his previous one to Samantha Ruth Prabhu ended in divorce in 2020. Samantha is currently single, while Naga has moved on with his life.
Despite the mixed reactions, the couple seems happy and in love. Only time will tell if their chemistry will win over their critics.
