Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s family made a rare appearance at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. They watched the Chennai Super Kings take on the Delhi Capitals. KL Rahul scored a half-century in the 17th match of the 2025 Indian Premier League.
Dhoni’s parents, Pan Singh and Devaki Devi, were in the stands. This was reportedly their first time watching a live match. Dhoni’s wife, Sakshi, was also there. The Chennai Super Kings shared photos of Dhoni’s family on social media.
Dhoni has had a great IPL career. He made his debut in 2008 against the Punjab Kings. So far, he’s played 268 matches and scored 5289 runs. He’s also hit 24 half-centuries.
The Chennai Super Kings had a strong start this season. But they lost two matches in a row after that. They beat the Mumbai Indians in their first match. Then they lost to the Royal Challengers Bangalore and the Rajasthan Royals.
