Morabanc Andorra Signs French Point Guard Enzo Goudou-Sinha Until Season End

Enzo Goudou-Sinha, new base of Morabanc Andorra

Enzo Goudou-Sinha, a 26-year-old French base, has inked a deal with Morabanc Andorra that will keep him with the team until the end of the season. Standing at 1.83 meters, he joins from Saint-Quentin, a top-tier French competition. This move is aimed at bolstering the team’s lineup, particularly in the wake of Rafa Luz’s injury.

Goudou-Sinha brings with him a wealth of experience, including stints as an International Sub-19, Sub-21, and a bronze medal in the 2017 U-20 European Championship in Greece. Notably, he shared the court with notable players like Elie Okobo, Amine Noua – formerly of Morabanc and currently with Coviran Granada – and Darel Poirier. His international background and versatility on the court make him an exciting addition to Morabanc Andorra.

In his previous role at Saint-Quentin, Goudou-Sinha played a significant 19 games in the domestic competition, averaging 21.3 minutes per game, with 10.2 points, and a notable 38.5% in triples. He also contributed 3 assists, earning a valuation of 7.4. Additionally, in the Basketball Champions League, he participated in 9 games, with 18 minutes per game, scoring 4 points and making 1.9 assists. Under the guidance of Julien Mahé, he shared the base position with Nolan Traore and Lucas Boucaud, helping Saint-Quentin secure the seventh position in the maximum French competition.

Francesc Solana, Morabanc Andorra’s sports director, expressed his optimism about Goudou-Sinha’s signing, highlighting his strengths: “He’s a base who has been a starter in France for a few years, small but strong, with great defensive capacity and a good exterior shot. We hope he’ll help us in the coming months with our rotations. This is also a great opportunity for him to join Andorra and the ACB League.”

Goudou-Sinha’s debut for Morabanc Andorra is slated for March 2, in a match against Baskonia, marking an exciting start to his tenure with the team.
