the chinese giant xiaomi has now introduced a new humidifier for the home. The product was called Xiaomi MIJIA Humidifier 2 and, as its name suggests, it is presented as the second generation of this smart device that can improve our daily lives.
Unveiled in China, the new humidifier has an incredible price of 99 yuan, equivalent to 15 dollars, or about 14 euros at the current exchange rate. Its design remains simple, guided by shades of white, with plastic being the material of construction.

The new humidifier, which arrived in the Chinese domestic market for the first time, maintains the launch price of its predecessor in the same market. Keep in mind, however, that this price would go up considerably if the product is released in Europe.
However, in this humidifier we have improvements in all important aspects for this type of product. Retaining a cylindrical shape, the new iteration offers a higher capacity and volume of steam available per hour.
More specifically, in the previous version, the MIJIA Humidifier has a tank with a capacity for 4 liters of water and 36 hours of operation (air humidification). However, with the MIJIA Humidifier 2 we have a higher volume of water vapor available from 280 ml/h to 300 ml/h. The capacity of the tank is maintained, but it has a higher “flow” of water vapor.
Xiaomi humidifier has improved features for 2022
Allowing greater air hydration, the MIJIA Humidifier 2 model has a ceramic core that helps retain water particles. Then these same particles are atomized and expelled with greater power and greater flow during operation.
The new product also allows for 360-degree rotation so that the user can adjust the direction of the water vapor. Basically, we have two exits through the rotating central part, while the previous version only has one exit hole.
In addition, the second generation guarantees antibacterial protection of up to 99.9% thanks to silver ions and their action at the core of the Xiaomi humidifier. In addition, we also have a transparent level to facilitate the analysis and perception of the water level.
