The VALORANT Champions Tour Américas just got a whole lot more interesting. MIBR and G2 faced off in a nail-biting match that went down to the wire.
The Match
MIBR kicked things off with a win on Pearl, thanks to standout performances from Erick “Aspas” Santos and Stefano “Verbo” Disalvo. But G2 wasn’t about to let them run away with it. They took the second map, Haven, in a tense 13-11 showdown.
With the series tied, all eyes were on the final map: Ascent. This one was a real test for MIBR, but G2’s Nathan “leaf” Orf and Alexander “jawgemo” Morque were unstoppable. They racked up 25 kills each, securing a 13-8 win for their team.
