Mallorca Winger to Play on Loan for Eldense in Second Round of LaLiga Hypermotion
Javi Llabrés, a winger at Real Mallorca, will join Eldense on loan, playing in the Second Division for the second half of the season. The Mallorcan winger has seen limited playtime this season, playing just 58 minutes in LaLiga, and is seeking more minutes on the field.
Llabrés met with Pablo Ortells, Mallorca’s football director, to finalize his loan, which became effective shortly after their meeting. Two other Mallorca players, Van der Heyden and Dani Luna, are also looking to leave the team.
Eldense Offers Opportunities for Llabrés
Llabrés will join Dani Ponz’s team, seeking continuity and more playing time. Despite interest from other clubs, including Racing de Ferrol, the winger chose Eldense due to the team’s promise of guaranteed minutes on the field.
The loan will last for half a year, and both Llabrés and Mallorca will reassess their options for next season. Llabrés’s contract expires in June 2026, allowing both parties to consider their paths for the future.
