“Loveyapa” hit theaters on February 7, 2025, during Valentine’s Week, marking the big-screen debut of both Junaaid and Khushi. According to reports from OTT Play, the film is expected to drop on OTT platforms on April 4, 2025. Although the streaming partner was hinted at in the posters, with JioHotsar being mentioned, there’s been no official confirmation from the makers yet.

“Loveyapa” is a modern love story that follows the characters of Gaurav and Bani, played by Junaaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor. The story takes a dramatic turn when the couple decides to exchange phones a day before their wedding, leading to a series of complications that test their relationship.

Although the film received mixed reactions at the box office, Aamir Khan expressed his disappointment in an interview with ABP, saying, “Unfortunately, that film didn’t do well, and it’s a big disappointment for me.”
