LoL Team RATZ Rocked by Intense Conflict and Player Departure

The Brazilian League of Legends scene was rocked by a heated argument between current and former players of RATZ, a team competing in the Circuito Desafiante (CD). This tier 2 championship offers the winning team a chance to compete for a spot in the LTA Sul in 2026 against this year’s invited team, Isurus Estral.

The controversy began when player Daniel “buero” Nunes announced his departure from the team after the first round of the competition. In a post, bueroLoL hinted that his exit was due to a “stab in the back.” To clear the air, streamer and ex-player Minerva hosted a live stream, inviting buero to share his side of the story. The stream was designed to mimic a classic Brazilian TV show, “De encontro com Gabi.”

During the stream, buero shared his perspective, followed by Samkz, the team’s former jungler who was replaced by Soweto before the qualifying tournament. Buero emphasized the need for the team to work together, saying: “If you have experience, you should come and show me how it’s done. But since you don’t come and talk, I came and spoke: Kiari, Lynkez, and Soweto, you have the capacity to reach tier 1, but if we continue with this hostility, you’ll never get anywhere.”

The team’s current support player, Krastyel, also shared his thoughts on the situation, offering insight into his experience playing with buero. Meanwhile, lynkez, the team’s mid laner, posted a four-page document explaining the behavior of each player and why things didn’t work out.

The drama unfolds just a series after the team secured their spot, leaving them to navigate significant changes and conflicts between current and former players.
