LoL Patch 25.23: New Champion Zaahen Debuts, Skins Starting at $10

Riot Games has rolled out its latest update for the globally popular game League of Legends, introducing a new champion and gameplay adjustments alongside an array of new cosmetic items.

The update, version 25.23, was released on Wednesday, impacting the game’s competitive landscape.

Central to the patch is the debut of Zaahen, known as “the Inseparable,” joining the roster of playable champions.

Players will also see the return of the seasonal Winter Map.

Additionally, the update implements a series of buffs, nerfs, and other adjustments designed to refine gameplay balance and strategic options.

Further expanding the game’s offerings, Riot Games launched two new “Rain Shepherd” themed cosmetic skins.

These new skins are available for the champions Tristana and Gwen.

Each new “Rain Shepherd” skin is priced at 1350 Riot Points (RP) and became available for purchase on Wednesday.

They join the existing “Rain Shepherd” collection, which includes skins for Fizz and Milio, both released earlier in 2024 at the same price point.

Players can also acquire 16 new chromas, offering color variations for the Tristana and Gwen “Rain Shepherd” skins, with eight chromas available for each champion.

Individual chromas can be bought for 290 RP.

For players seeking a complete set, discounted packages containing all chromas for a specific character are offered at 2795 RP, reflecting a 34% saving.
