The bright lights of the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas recently welcomed Lele Pons back to the red carpet. It was her first big event since becoming a mom this summer. The 29-year-old stepped out looking fabulous in a pink mini-dress from Alice + Olivia at the T-Mobile Arena. She was there to present one of the performers.
But even with all the excitement, her heart was back home. Speaking to Us Weekly, a prominent news source, Pons shared her bittersweet feelings on Friday, September 19. "I’m super excited to be here, but I miss her," she said. "It’s like I left something at home. I’ll be back in two days, but I miss her." It felt "weird" and "the first time I’ve been out," she added, realizing she hadn’t been with her daughter that day.
Pons and her husband, Guaynaa, who is 33, live in Florida with their baby, Eloísa. Even though Pons traveled to Sin City by herself, her little one was clearly on her mind. "I have my Nanit," Pons said, referring to the smartphone app. "It’s to watch her when she sleeps and to see her when I’m away." This helpful gadget allows her to check in on Eloísa no matter where she is.
Pons also has amazing support from her mother, Anna Maronese Pivetta, in raising baby Eloísa. This new stage of life has brought Pons even closer to her mom. "I’ve learned to be patient and to have good support," Pons told Us Weekly. "My mom is my best friend right now, and I understand everything she went through." She continued, "I always respected her, but now I understand her."

Having her mother around is a huge benefit, especially since her mom is a pediatrician. "It’s crazy because she teaches me so much," Pons explained. "Plus, she’s a pediatrician, so when [my daughter] is sick and I get nervous, [my mom helps me]."
Pons and Guaynaa, whose real name is Jean Carlos Santiago Pérez, have been married since March 2023. They first announced their pregnancy in March, and their daughter Eloísa arrived in July. "Eloísa 💕 July 26, 2025," the happy couple shared in a joint Instagram post the very next day, letting everyone know their baby’s name and birth date.
Since Eloísa’s arrival, Pons has kept her social media followers updated on her journey as a new mom. Her love for her daughter shines through in her posts. "Never in my life have I felt this kind of love and happiness," Pons excitedly wrote on Instagram last month. "I literally hate sleeping because I miss her so much. She is so beautiful. It’s crazy, strong, but MOST importantly she is healthy. Thank you, God, for this gift."
The former Dancing With the Stars contestant also noted that "nothing compares" to motherhood. "It changes you. She is my world," Pons concluded in her emotional tribute to Eloísa online. "I love you more than anything and everything, my princess."
