So far, the players who are being talked about to play include the names of Shoaib Akhtar, Misbah-ul-Haq, Shahid Afridi. This includes the Asia and World XI teams. The question is whether Pakistani players will be able to get a visa to play in the Legends Cricket League. India and Pakistan have not played bilateral series for almost a decade and due to political tensions between the two countries, they only appear in the Asian Cup and ICC events. one in front of the other. A BCCI official told the IANS news agency that he can’t say much about this. If Pakistani cricketers get a visa from our government, otherwise they won’t play. BCCI has no role in the tournament or visas. When questioned by another official, he said how can Pakistani players be allowed to play on Indian soil, when we have no cricket links with Pakistan. I’m sure they won’t get the visa. Therefore, it will be interesting to see the stand of the Government of India on the granting of the visa.
