Pakistani cricketers will not be able to play if visa is not granted

Now the question is whether the players from Pakistan will also be able to come and play in it. The question is whether Pakistani players will be able to get a visa to play in the Legends Cricket League. Has the BCCI or the Government of India changed their stance on its cricket ties with Pakistan?
