Las Palmas Signs Álex Muñoz

The 2023-2024 season is officially underway for UD Las Palmas, and the team has made a splash with its first signing of the summer. Muñoz, the talented left-footed back, has finalized his transfer to the club after months of speculation. The agreement was completed last month, and Muñoz is expected to bring his unique set of skills to the team.

Coming to UD Las Palmas on a free transfer, Muñoz will be a valuable addition to the team’s defense. He has been cleared to play until June 30, 2026, and his presence is expected to fill the void left by departing player Sergi Cardona. With Muñoz, the team will gain a versatile player who can play as a left-footed center back or right back.

Muñoz has a proven track record of impressive performances, having played 75 games for Levante over the past two seasons. In his most recent season, he racked up over 2,700 minutes on the pitch, scoring two goals in 34 appearances.

In addition to Muñoz, UD Las Palmas is expected to continue announcing new signings throughout the week. The club is actively searching for two more forwards and two central defenders to complete its roster.

The Search for New Talent Continues

With Viti, Cillessen, Iván Gil, Mata, and Manu Fuster already on board, the club is now focusing on adding more depth to its team. Fans are eagerly anticipating the next round of signings, which are expected to strengthen the team’s chances in the upcoming season.
