Kuwait City: Details were released regarding flights and passengers traveling in them during the national holidays in Kuwait.
According to local media reports, official figures show that more than 242,000 citizens and residents will travel through Kuwait’s airports during the national holidays.
The series will run for about 10 days, while the list of favorite destinations for travelers includes Istanbul, Cairo, Dubai and Jeddah.
According to the statistics, the movement of more than 242,000 citizens and residents through Kuwait airport will be observed in the period from 24th of March to 5th of this month.
Of these, 133,541 Kuwaitis and foreigners will depart at a rate of more than 55%, while about 44% of passengers will arrive in Kuwait through Kuwait airport, which number is 18,494.
According to statistics, the number of people leaving Kuwait during national holidays is more than 23%, which is 25,047.
During the 10-day holiday, Kuwait Airport will receive about 2,280 passenger flights, with an average of 228 daily flights.
The holiday season includes approximately 1,141 inbound flights, with an average of 114 daily flights and 1,140 departure flights averaging 114 daily flights.
