Kim Kardashian has offered an update on her health following her brain aneurysm diagnosis. This medical finding was first revealed in a recent trailer for the current season of The Kardashians.
Kardashian, 45, discussed her health status during an appearance on Good Morning America on Tuesday, October 28. She confirmed undergoing "many other brain tests at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center."
She reassured viewers that "everything turns out fine" for her. Kardashian explained that her Prenuvo scan was "just a good measure to make sure you always check everything."
"Health is wealth," she added during the interview. "And you have to be careful with everything you do."
The Season 7 premiere of The Kardashians, which aired Thursday, October 23, depicted Kardashian receiving the initial diagnosis. The episode showed her in an MRI machine, subsequently informing her sister Kourtney Kardashian about detecting "a tiny aneurysm."
Kardashian suggested that "stress" played a role in the aneurysm. This condition involves the swelling of a blood vessel within the brain.
Earlier in the episode, she reflected on the intricate co-parenting relationship with her ex-husband, Kanye West, 48. She particularly highlighted her efforts to shield their four children: North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5.

"I feel more stressed probably because I have to protect my kids," Kardashian stated. She added that her children "are going to find out things. They are going to grow up and see."
She further explained, "My job as a mom is just to make sure that, when that behavior happens, they are protected."
Kardashian characterized her ongoing dynamic with West as resembling "Stockholm syndrome." She conveyed that she no longer feels the personal responsibility to assist him that she once did.
"This person — we have four children together," she acknowledged. Kardashian initiated divorce proceedings from West in February 2021, with the separation finalized over a year later.
She also publicly refuted online speculation that she prevents West from seeing their children. Kardashian clarified that he "has never called me to ask" to see them.
"It’s a divorce, not a kidnapping," she asserted. She questioned why West was not utilizing the house he purchased nearby for co-parenting.
Kardashian expressed a desire for a harmonious co-parenting dynamic. She referenced the healthy examples set by her mother, Kris Jenner, and her stepparents, Caitlyn Jenner and Robert Kardashian. "That’s how things are," she concluded.
