Jon Rahm, at the top of the ranking before the Ryder Cup

The Spanish Jon Rahm continues as the leader in the world golf classification, in which this week the Chilean Guillermo ‘Mito’ Pereira enters the top 100 thanks to his third place finish in the Fortinet Championship.

After Rahm, the Americans Dustin Johnson and Collin Morikawa remain on the podium being second and third respectively.

Within the top 10, the only change is the rise of American Tony Finau to ninth position to the detriment of his compatriot Brooks Koepka who drops to tenth.

‘Mito’ Pereira with his third place in the Fortinet Championship and the 16 points won rises to position 82, from 105.

In the top 100, in addition to Rahm, there are nine other Latin American players: Mexican Abrahan Ancer in twelfth place, Chilean Joaquín Niemann (30), andl Spanish Sergio García (43), the Mexican Carlos Ortiz (68), the Colombian Sebastián Muñoz (70), the Argentine Emiliano Grillo (77), the Chilean Guillermo ‘Mito’ Pereira (82), the Venezuelan Jhonattan Vegas (87) and the Spanish Santiago Tarrio (92) .
