Jessica Alba’s Relationship History: From Michael Weatherly to Cash Warren Separation

Jessica Alba, a familiar face from our screens, has certainly seen her share of high-profile relationships over the years. Her journey through love has been quite a public one.

Alba first met Michael Weatherly on the set of Dark Angel in 2000. She was just 18 at the time, and Weatherly was 30. Their connection grew quickly. They even got engaged in 2001, but their romance eventually ended in 2003.

Alba later reflected on that time. In a 2005 interview with Cosmopolitan, she explained that it "just didn’t work out." She shared that she was very young, only 18, when they started dating. She was also a virgin. She wanted to truly be in love with the first person she slept with. Most people she knew said their first experience made them feel awful. So, she really wanted to be sure that he loved her and wouldn’t simply leave her.

After her split from Weatherly, Alba was briefly connected to a couple of other well-known names. Mark Wahlberg and Derek Jeter were mentioned as potential links. Then, in 2004, she met Cash Warren on the set of Fantastic Four. This meeting marked the beginning of her next significant relationship.

Alba and Warren tied the knot in 2008. Their family grew steadily over the years. They welcomed their daughter Honor in 2008, followed by Haven in 2011. Their son, Hayes, completed their family in 2017.

However, after 16 years of marriage, Alba and Warren announced their separation in January 2025. Alba shared a heartfelt message on Instagram about this new chapter. She wrote that she has been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years. This growth happened both personally and as a couple with Cash. She stated her pride in how they grew in their marriage over two decades. Now, she said, it is time for them to start a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.
