Jennifer Aniston publicly celebrated her boyfriend Jim Curtis’s 50th birthday.
On Sunday, November 2, Aniston, 56, shared a black and white photo on Instagram embracing the wellness expert. She captioned the post, "Happy birthday, my cherished love ❤️."
The photograph captured Curtis’s wide smile as he held Aniston’s arms. She was seen smiling while turning her head from behind her partner. Fans quickly flooded the comment section to share their joy over Aniston’s public display of affection. One follower wrote, "I can’t even explain how happy it makes me to see you happy, my Jen Jen." Another commented, "I was waiting for this post!"
This tender social media post follows Aniston’s recent frank discussions about her fertility struggles. As a guest on Dax Shepard’s "Armchair Expert" podcast, she admitted she never wanted to adopt children.
"I want my own DNA in a little person," she told Shepard, 50. "That’s the only way, selfish or not, whatever it is, I’ve always wanted it."
Aniston publicly shared her relationship with Curtis in September via Instagram. She posted a series of photos from a well-spent summer, including an image of the back of his head as he enjoyed the sun on the beach. Fans were quick to notice the subtle nod to Curtis in the comments. "Do you think we wouldn’t notice photo number 17?" one fan asked.
In July, Us Weekly reported that Aniston and Curtis had begun dating after meeting through mutual friends. A source told Us at the time, "They’re being very discreet but have spent a lot of time together. They are happy and very excited about each other."
The couple was first seen together during the July 4th weekend in Mallorca. They were photographed enjoying a yacht trip with friends, including Jason Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka. One photo showed Curtis rubbing Aniston’s shoulders, while another captured her hand resting on his thigh.
A month later, the couple was seen on a double date with Aniston’s longtime friend Courteney Cox and her partner, Johnny McDaid, in Malibu. In the weeks and months that followed, Curtis also publicly supported Aniston at several prominent events. This included a celebration for Aniston’s hair care brand, LolaVie, in Los Angeles.
Curtis also attended the New York premiere of Aniston’s series, The Morning Show, for its fourth season. He did not accompany her on the red carpet, but he was recorded conversing with another guest inside the venue, according to a video shared by People on September 9. According to a source from Us in July, the romance "feels like a healthy, mature relationship." Friends reportedly think he is brilliant.
