Isabella Ladera, Beéle Break Silence on Leaked Intimate Video, Taking Legal Action

The internet just had a major moment, and it wasn’t the good kind. Colombian singer Beéle and Venezuelan influencer Isabella Ladera, whose relationship ended months ago, are now caught in a big controversy. An intimate video of the two recently appeared online.

The private recording started spreading across social media this week. It showed both the artist and the online personality in a sexual act. Within a few hours, the video was everywhere. Neither Beéle nor Isabella had spoken about it until Monday, September 8. But that didn’t stop people online. Users filled their comment sections with everything from messages of support to some truly disturbing remarks. Even a detail like Beéle’s pink hair in the video fueled the buzz. Some compared it to an old photo where he celebrated his second child’s gender reveal with his ex-partner, Camila Rodríguez.

Isabella Ladera’s Heartfelt Response

Around 5:00 p.m. on Monday, just hours after the video leaked, Isabella Ladera took to her Instagram. She told her followers she was "deeply devastated." Isabella made it clear that only she and Beéle had owned the material. She also confirmed she was getting legal help to take action.

Here’s what the Venezuelan influencer shared in her statement:

“I am deeply devastated. An intimate and private moment was leaked without my consent. This act is one of the cruelest betrayals I have ever experienced. That video was only in the hands of two people: the other person and me. It was someone who lied to me from the start. Someone who saw me face painful consequences because of them, yet never stepped up to protect me.

Today, seeing me stable and rebuilding my life, that same person decided to expose me in the lowest way. This act doesn’t just violate my privacy. It also attacks my dignity and has caused immense pain, not just to me, but to my family too. The most heartbreaking part has been getting mocked, hated, and judged, while the real person responsible stays silent. Once again, the burden falls on the woman, on me, and not on the one who broke my trust.

I am taking legal action and getting advice to go through the proper channels. I won’t hide either. I have work commitments and personal duties that need me to be on digital platforms, and I will keep doing them. My worth isn’t defined by a video, or by the cruelty of others. My story doesn’t end here.”

Isabella’s Lawyers Speak Up

Isabella didn’t just share her personal feelings. She also posted a document from her legal team on her Instagram stories. Her lawyers made it clear that she did not leak the video. They also stated that this situation is not some kind of marketing stunt. Instead, they called it "unauthorized dissemination," which is a "serious violation of her fundamental rights."

The legal letter states: "Isabella Ladera, through her legal team, will move forward with all proper legal and criminal actions. This is to investigate the facts, identify those responsible, and make sure they face consequences."

Beéle’s Legal Team Responds

On Tuesday, September 9, a statement from Beéle’s lawyer, Víctor Mosquera Marín, appeared on social media. It addressed his client’s situation directly.

The statement reads:

"…we strongly reject the spread of an intimate video on social media and digital platforms. It violates the privacy and dignity of everyone involved."

"It’s crucial to state that Brandon did not leak this material, nor did he take part in its sharing. His artistic career and global reputation mean he has no need or interest in such actions."

"Because of this situation, we’ve started legal actions in Colombia and the United States. These are against anyone responsible for getting, sharing, hosting, indexing, or making money from the material. In the United States, we are already reporting this event to police authorities with a formal statement. All necessary civil actions will follow based on what the investigation finds."

"We call on the public and media to not share or describe this material. Showing it is a form of digital violence and keeps harming the rights of those involved."

Beéle’s legal team is also working hard to stop the video from circulating. They are sending DMCA notices and "takedown" orders to digital platforms, internet providers, and search engines. They’re also asking for evidence to be saved, which will help identify those who are responsible.

Beéle Faced Domestic Violence Earlier This Year

This isn’t the first time the 22-year-old singer has been in the news for personal matters. In mid-August, he made headlines after a landmark court ruling. It officially recognized him as a victim of domestic violence. The decision came from the Family Commissary of Comuna 16 in Medellín, Colombia.

According to court documents, cited by Semana magazine, the court found Beéle had suffered physical, psychological, emotional, and economic abuse. His ex-partner, Camila Andrea Rodríguez Ascanio, was identified as the perpetrator. The case included at least three separate physical attacks. It also detailed emotional manipulation, gaslighting, control over his money, and religious pressure.

The court’s ruling also threw out the accusations Camila had first made against Beéle. The judge said there wasn’t enough proof for her claims. Meanwhile, the singer’s own allegations were supported by documents.
