Raipur: A young girl was stabbed and injured by a fanatic in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh and then dragged her by the hair on the road.
According to Indian media, a 16-year-old girl was stabbed and dragged by her hair by a man in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. After the video of the incident went viral, the police arrested a man named Omkar Tiwari.
According to police officials, the girl worked at the grocery shop of Omkar Tiwari in Gadhiari area of Raipur. Omkar wanted to marry the girl but he refused and left the job. There was a dispute.
After the video went viral, police arrested Omkar Tiwari, 47, and paraded him through the streets with handcuffs and earplugs.

In the video, the badly injured 16-year-old girl can be seen being dragged away by a man, who is holding a knife in one hand and holding the girl’s hair in the other.

According to the police, on Saturday evening, Omkar Tiwari, who was allegedly drunk, barged into the girl’s house and after shouting at the family members, attacked the girl with a knife and injured her neck, when she fled. When he tried, Tiwari chased him and dragged him by the hair.
