The Ethics Committee of the Constitutional Convention of pepper established that they will be imposed sanctions for those who deny the existence of human rights violations by the State in periods when it is proven that crimes against humanity have been committed.

The definition adopted by the Commission maintains that “Denial should be understood as any action or omission that justifies, denies or minimizes, apologizes or glorifies crimes against humanity which took place in Chile between September 11, 1973 and March 10, 1990 ″.
