‘I Used to Stay Hungry’: Ashnoor Kaur Reveals Weight Struggles on Bigg Boss 19, Salman Khan Supports

Ashnoor Kaur became visibly emotional during the ‘Bigg Boss 19’ Weekend Ka Vaar episode. She addressed her long-standing struggles with weight issues while speaking with host Salman Khan.

Salman Khan revealed that other contestants had been body-shaming Kaur. This revelation prompted the actress to share her personal difficulties, leading her to tears.

Kaur explained that her weight issues began during her teenage years. She noted a significant weight gain when she started filming, leading her to try various methods to lose weight.

“There was a time when I would not eat; I used to stay hungry,” Kaur stated. She also shared that she had lost 9 kilograms before entering the ‘Bigg Boss 19’ house.

However, stress within the house caused her weight to increase again. She explained that some individuals, including herself, tend to gain weight in stressful environments.

Salman Khan offered his support, empathizing with Kaur by sharing his own experiences with weight fluctuations. Kaur has been acting since she was 14 years old.

She highlighted her disciplined eating habits, mentioning that she has avoided junk food for years. “Everyone here knows what my food is like,” she added.

Kaur expressed frustration that despite her efforts and different body types, people continued to shame her behind her back.

In other ‘Bigg Boss 19’ news, contestant Pranit More has reportedly been eliminated from the house. More was sent to a secret room, a twist previously used with contestants Farhana and Nehal.
