Recently, on the social network Twitter, Huawei announced that it would soon launch a new wearable in the European market. This ad was characterized by its enigmatic and mysterious tone, which only showed the silhouette of a smart watch very similar to the brand’s Watch Fit models.
Now the mystery has been revealed, with a new announcement on the social network Twitter presenting the new Watch Fit Special Edition that is already on sale in Europe, more specifically in the German market for a more affordable cost of 99 euros.
The model brings with it very interesting specifications such as integrated GPS and a 1.64-inch AMOLED screen that has Always-On-Display functionality and provides a resolution of 456×280 pixels. On this device, the screen-to-body ratio is 70%.
Another of its peculiarities is that this special edition of the Watch Fit allows the user to use photographs chosen and captured by himself as the face of the watch. Alternatively, there are over 10,000 watch faces available, but we don’t know how many will be free.
Watch Fit Special Edition is also equipped with Huawei TruSeen 5.0, an AI-based algorithm, which manages to be 10% more accurate in heart rate monitoring, as well as improve sleep tracking by 10%.
For the practice of physical activity, the new smart watch has more than 100 training modes and notifies the user of incoming calls, as well as allowing him to reply to text messages.
According to the brand itself, the Watch Fit Special Edition grants an autonomy of up to nine days in normal use and up to six days in intensive use.
