After months of casting rumors for the Bollywood comedy Hera Pheri 3, the redeeming word is finally there: Akshay Kumar is back as Raju. Suneil Shetty and Paresh Rawal can’t believe their luck.
Kartik Aaryan would put himself in the shoes of Akshay Kumar for this third installment. Akshay indicated in November that he was not satisfied with the script. Fans were disappointed with this actor’s decision. Suneil Shetty and Paresh Rawal also expressed their hope that Akshay would reconsider his decision.
However, the creators wanted to continue the popular franchise and therefore they chose Kartik Aaryan. But we will continue to enjoy the legendary trio: Akshay Kumar, Suneil Shetty and Paresh Rawal.
The first film in the series was released in 2000, followed by the second in 2006. The successful trio of Akshay, Suniel and Paresh have collaborated on several films and fans love their on-screen chemistry and comedic timing. Therefore, they cannot wait for this third part.
The recordings of Hera Pheri 3 started yesterday. The management is in the hands of Farhad Samji.
