Actor Harshvardhan Rane has officially joined John Abraham’s popular “Force” franchise. This significant career move follows the strong box office performance of Rane’s recent film, ‘Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat’.
Rane expressed his gratitude to John Abraham on social media. He shared an image from Trimbakeshwar Temple in Nashik, stating Abraham chose him to advance the “Force” legacy. He also thanked a higher power and conveyed his excitement for filming to begin.
Production for the new “Force” installment is scheduled to commence in March 2026.
In earlier statements, Rane had expressed a strong desire to collaborate again with director Milap Zaveri. He posted a picture with a diary titled ‘Deewaniyat by Milap Zaveri’, indicating he would sign any new script from the director without hesitation.

The successful film ‘Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat’ was produced under the Desi Movies Factory banner. It starred Rane alongside Sonam Bajwa and was released on October 21 for Diwali. The movie depicted the relationship between politician Vikramaditya and actress Ada, featuring a supporting cast including Shaad Randhawa, Sachin Khedekar, Anant Narayan Mahadevan, and Rajesh Khera.
Rane is also slated to appear in Omung Kumar’s upcoming film ‘Sila’. He will co-star with Saadia Khatib, with Karanvir Mehra cast as the antagonist.
