Hansika Motwani Seeks Bombay High Court Relief

Hansika Motwani is fighting back against allegations made by her ex-sister-in-law, actress Muskaan Nancy James. Muskaan had filed a complaint against Hansika, her mother, and brother, accusing them of domestic violence and other charges. The complaint came after Muskaan’s divorce from Prashant in December 2022.

Now, Hansika has taken her case to the Bombay High Court, claiming the allegations are false. She says the complaint was filed after she demanded that Muskaan return 27 lakh rupees she had borrowed for her wedding.

Hansika’s Claim

Hansika claims the money was used to pay wedding planners, but she never got it back. She also says the criminal case was filed because of issues between Muskaan and her brother Prashant.

What’s in the Petition?

According to Times Now, Hansika’s petition states that the allegations against her are baseless and motivated, arising from domestic disputes that have been exaggerated to justify criminal prosecution.

Hansika Speaks Out

Hansika has made it clear that she was not involved in her brother’s marital issues. She claims Muskaan’s complaint was filed to pressure her amidst their ongoing dispute.
