Government promotes economic development of Cibao with millionaire investment

The Government makes million-dollar investments in the Cibao region, which amount to RD$849,472,594.

This was reported by businessman and politician Roberto Ángel Salcedo, who highlighted the social investment made by President Luís Abinader in the Espaillat province since he came to power in August 2020.

The executions of the president in this province have managed to impact a population of 97 thousand 144 people in the municipalities: Moca, head of the province, Cayetano Germosén, Jamao al Norte and Gaspar Hernández.

“Only in the main municipality of Moca, the Government presided over by Luis Abinader is carrying out some 23 works, among which are the construction of 12 houses, the rehabilitation of several wastewater treatment plants, the rehabilitation of a pumping station, reconstruction of the Moquita neighborhood road, as well as the construction of six educational centers,” said Salcedo.

Salcedo spoke within the framework of the “Entrepreneurship and Leadership” conference given to hundreds of young people gathered at the Moca Recreational Club.

Meanwhile, in the municipalities of Cayetano Germosén, Jamao al Norte and Gaspar Hernández, the Government is working on the Reconstruction of the San Victor Jamao al Norte Highway, three schools, as well as several tube wells and the rehabilitation of wastewater treatment plants.

The performances of the president in Espaillat also cover the financing only by the Agricultural Bank to projects for different producers with a total of 1,950 loans until April of the current year, with a formalized amount of RD$ 2,727,496,105 and a disbursed amount of RD$ 2,570,985,067; a covered surface of 32,443 tasks and charges for a value of RD$ 2,009,287,525 directly benefiting the producers.

While to bring a solution in terms of drinking water to the population of Espaillat, the government management of the PRM increased the production of the liquid by more than 53 million 816 thousand cubic meters each month after materializing an investment that exceeds RD$4,947,447.70.

During the tour carried out by Salcedo in the aforementioned town, he visited business and political leaders of that province, headed by the leader of the ruling party, Andrés Bautista, who is a native of that demarcation.
