The Dominican Tennis Federation (Fedotenis), announced this Sunday that it will host the J4 Santo Domingo Copa Mangulina and Copa Mangú tournaments, of the ITF Junior circuit, which brings together the best tennis players under 18 years of age at the Parque del Este National Tennis Center. of the world.
The Mangulina 2022 J4 Cup will be played from October 3 to 8, the main draw, the qualifiers between 1 and 2.
While the Mangú 2022 J4 Cup has a main draw date from October 10 to 15, the qualifiers will be played on October 8 and 9.
The tournaments will be played on the fields of Parque del Este in men’s and women’s doubles and singles.
Players from around 20 countries around the world will come to both events.
The tournaments will be under the supervision of Julio Cavero by the ITF. Sergio Tobal, vice president of Fedotenis, will be in charge of the general management. Assisted by Francisco De los Santos, head of the national referees.
The event with a field of 32 singles and 24 doubles players, open to both genders, awards 60 points for the singles champions and 45 for the doubles winners.
These competitions have the support of the Ministry of Tourism, Transport Sheila, Ekatex, Plásticos Viñals, El Nuevo Diario, Wilson, Creso, Grupo Viamar, with Kia and Vilas Tennis Academy.
