The Andalusian shooter Fátima Gálvez fell in the trap semifinals in the President Cup that takes place in Cairo, 7-3 against the French Carole Cormenier.
Gálvez had been third in the qualifying round on Wednesday in this test that closes the shooting calendar in 2022.
On Thursday in her quarterfinal group she finished second with a score of 20 and qualified for the semifinals, only surpassed by the 24 hits of the Italian Jessica Rossi.
In the semifinals this Friday Rossi beat the Portuguese María Inés Coelho 7-3, as did Cormenier to Gálvez, Olympic champion of trap for mixed teams in Tokyo 2020 with Alberto Fernández.
The final will be on Saturday.
