Dutch analyst PlanB is optimistic about Bitcoin’s future, despite some analysts’ bearish forecasts.
Crypto analyst PlanB is positive
PlanB has built up a large following of 1.8 million followers on Twitter with its Stock-to-Flow model and regularly involves them in its research.
His most recent poll of over 31,700 respondents found that 64.1 percent of them think Bitcoin has bottomed, while only 35.9 percent expect Bitcoin to dip below the current $15,500 bottom. PlanB was somewhat surprised by the large number of people who think Bitcoin price will drop below $15,500. In response he wrote the following:
There are still many people waiting for the value of BTC to drop below $15.5k. Can someone please give me the reasoning, data, graphs and analysis that support this belief? Because I haven’t seen one yet.
PlanB expects Bitcoin price of one hundred thousand dollars
Crypto analyst PlanB is significantly more optimistic about Bitcoin’s future than many other investors. Last week, he even predicted that the Bitcoin price will rise above $100,000 in 2024 due to the upcoming Bitcoin halving. PlanB expects the halving to lead to increasing scarcity and therefore rising prices.
Whether PlanB’s prediction comes true remains to be seen, of course. However, such bullish price predictions are often a reflection of the general sentiment in the crypto market.
