Riyadh: The construction of the longest sea bridge in Saudi Arabia has been completed. In addition to 30 naval cranes, more than 180 heavy machinery were used in the construction of the bridge.
According to the Saudi website, the Red Sea Company in Saudi Arabia says that the country’s longest sea bridge has been completed, which is more than 3 kilometers long.
The bridge connects the Red Sea coast to the island of Shura in the western part of the country. The bridge is one of the islands in the Red Sea Front project.
An engineer working on the project says that the installation of the last block of concrete in the bridge connecting the island of Shura with the shores of the Red Sea has been completed.
In addition to 30 naval cranes, more than 180 heavy machinery have been used in the construction of this bridge.
The bridge has been built to the highest international standards, with more than 25 experts supervising it during the completion of the project.
The hazard rate is rated according to international standards, with various parts of the bridge weighing more than 400 tons installed through complex lifting operations.
