Comedian Sudesh Lehri is basking in the joy of being a grandfather. His son, Mani, welcomed a baby boy on March 28, and Sudesh shared the news on Instagram. Fellow comedian Krishna Abhishek jokingly remarked that Sudesh was now officially old.
Recently, Sudesh posted a video of his grandson, cradling the baby in his arms as the little one stretched and yawned. The background score was set to the sweet tune “Tujhe Suraj Kahun Ya Chanda.” “My grandson, Ivan Lehri, will shine bright,” Sudesh captioned the post.
The name Ivan means ‘God’s gift.’ Many believe it’s another name for Lord Ganesha. As soon as Sudesh shared the news of his grandson’s birth, he was flooded with congratulations from the TV fraternity.

Sudesh’s rise to fame began with ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’ in 2007, where he made it to the finals. He went on to appear in ‘Comedy Circus’ and ‘Comedy Nights Bachao.’ Once, he even gave his fans a tour of his Mumbai home, showcasing his recording studio, home theater, and kids’ play area.
