The Associations of Sports Writers of the Cibaeña provinces of Santiago, Espaillat, La Vega, Monseñor Nouel and Puerto Plata yesterday delivered a plaque of recognition to José Leger, manager of the Águilas Cibaeñas, as the most winning leader of the regular series of the 2022 season. 2023, in an act prior to Sunday’s game between the Stars and the Eagles at the Cibao Stadium.
