Charge Your iPhone Faster By Changing These Two Settings

It can sometimes be frustrating to watch your iPhone’s battery percentage indicator slowly rise when you need to charge it in the shortest possible time.

Fortunately, there are a few things you can do to speed up the process and charge your iPhone faster.

It’s always a good idea to use a wall charger, as well as a high-power one (that is what I use), there are some very simple tweaks you can make to increase your loading speed.

Firstly, if you want to reduce the loading time to the minimum possible, make sure your iPhone is in airplane mode. This state restricts many of your device’s key functions, such as connecting to Wi-Fi and searching for a cellular signal.

With all that power-draining activity temporarily paused, your iPhone can just focus on charging faster without draining its battery while charging.

Of course, you might want to use your device while it’s charging, or you might need to be accessible over Wi-Fi or cell service, so Airplane Mode isn’t always an option. In these situations, you must activate low power mode (Settings > Battery > Low Power Mode).

This setting reduces the workload on the device by disabling non-essential background features and decreasing screen brightness. It’s a great in-between solution if you need to use your iPhone during the charging process.

Better yet, if you can, turn both of them on at the same time to keep your iPhone’s power consumption as low as possible.
