Cardano’s Vasil Hard Fork Is Now Backed By Binance US

Binance.US, the subsidiary of the largest crypto exchange in the world, Binance, has added support for Cardano’s Vasil hard fork. Will the largest US exchange Coinbase also do this soon?

Will other exchanges follow Binance?

Binance.US, the US subsidiary of cryptocurrency giant Binance, has become the latest cryptocurrency trading platform to support Cardano’s Vasil hardfork. The exchange is temporarily suspending deposits and withdrawals of the ADA token on Thursday.

According to the most recent update from Cardano builder Input Output, exchanges representing 73% of ADA’s liquidity will be ready for the upgrade as of September 20.

Coinbase, the largest US crypto exchange, has not yet implemented the Cardano upgrade, but is in the process of doing so. ZB.com is the only major exchange that has not yet started the integration process.

The much-hyped upgrade is expected to happen on September 22, which will bring significant improvements to the Cardano blockchain.
