A Much-Needed Victory for Bou

Following his victory, Bou expressed his satisfaction, stating, “I think it’s incredible to have won like this, especially after what happened in Madrid. I needed to get a result like this. The season will be very difficult, but if I focus on today, it’s to be happy. In Superpole and, above all, in the final, I had very good feelings. I have been able to gain distance and enjoy a race that I never thought would be so good for me.”

Bou, a 36-time world trial champion, also acknowledged the efforts of his team, saying, “We have worked a lot. I have to thank the team, because after the disappointment in Madrid with how everything went, I needed this good result. I am very happy, I think it is very important to be both on the podium (referring to Marcelli), something that could not happen in Madrid.”
