In which he recounted how his father, the late Harivansh Rai Bachchan, had sent him a book when he was badly injured during a boxing match. Now, when he recently found that book in his library, he was reminded of that story. And he has shared it with his fans. .
Amitabh Bachchan shared an anecdote from his childhood on his blog. He blogged: ‘Amitabh wrote on his blog that when he was in fourth or fifth grade, he was in a boxing match and got hurt, hitting his eyes and nose. After which he wrote a letter to his father. Instead of sending a reply letter, his father sent a book from Cambridge in 1953, in which his message was written. Big B said that recently his wife and actress Jaya Bachchan found that book of his father’s in his library.
Big B wrote on his blog: “Yes, and the attraction is justified when Babuji’s (father Harivansh Rai Bachchan) books are kept in the library, you happen to find such a book, which is signed. And dedicated to you with a message short.This book came to me through my wife.Slightly torn, but still in readable condition.
Big B further wrote: ‘When I was in the fourth or fifth grade of Boys High School in the year 1953-54 and Babuji was in England to study, I was involved in the boxing ring at school. To increase the points of the house of roosters from my house Casa Azul and after a successful match, he was defeated in the next one. After the defeat, one of his eyes turned black and blood began to flow from his nose, in response to which his father sent him a boxing book, on the first page of which was written with the banner ‘Good hard blows please the people. mind’.
