In one of my previous videos I indicated that it was likely that we had reached the bottom for the bitcoin (BTC) price. In the end we went a little further down. Why exactly did this happen? Where exactly are we going now? And what can you do in this situation? We discuss that in today’s video.
There is currently a lot of uncertainty in the world of crypto and equities. Among other things, there is unrest due to the interest rates of the Federal Reserve in the United States. Also about the situation in China, Europe, Ukraine and really just the whole world. All this turmoil and uncertainty is leading to falling prices, both in crypto and equities.
This is also accompanied by a bit of technical analysis. The bitcoin price has fallen through important levels. A lot of volatility had already been predicted, including in one of my previous videos in which I talked about ARK Invest’s view on the bitcoin price. Unfortunately, the direction of that volatility was not yet clear at the time. We have now seen that the volatility of the bitcoin price was down.
The bottom of the bitcoin price
If we look down, we see that, among other things, the 200 moving average on the weekly chart is a possible target. Below that you can look at $20,000 which is seen by many as a mental support level. At the same time, that level has also been important several times in the past. So it could be that the bottom for the bitcoin price will take place somewhere there. Just keep in mind that no one knows exactly where the bottom is going to be. Not me, not other YouTubers and not you. Ultimately, we can only make estimates and make our own financial decisions based on all the information. Only then can you achieve real financial independence.
