Ashwin’s Limited Playing Time in the Australia Tour
Throughout the Australia tour, Ashwin only got a chance to play in the Pink Ball Test match in Adelaide. In the first match in Perth, Washington Sundar was part of the playing 11, while Ravindra Jadeja replaced Ashwin in the Gabba Test match.
Despite his retirement from international cricket, Ashwin has confirmed that he will continue to play in the IPL, representing the Chennai Super Kings team in the 2025 season.
