Arsenal have closed the signing of Aaron Ramsdale

The Arsenal has reached an agreement with Sheffield United to sign Aaron Ramsdale in this summer market, as reported by David Ornstein, a journalist specializing in signings for The Athletic. A strange move, but that responds to a renewal plan that the club has thinking of being a great in Europe in the next five years.

The operation would close at 24 million pounds plus six million pounds in supplements, to be paid when he becomes the team’s starting goalkeeper. Sheffield United had lowered its initial financial claims, as it was demanding 40 million pounds. Their relegation to the Championship is the main reason they have to part with their starting goalkeeper.

Nuno Tavares, Albert Samdi Lokonga and Ben White

If the figures presented by The Athletic are confirmed, Arsenal would have made an investment in this summer transfer market of 163 million euros, only entering the 29.40 from the sale of Joe Willock, but waiting to close more exits and closing several assignments that lower the salary mass with even players leaving as free agents.

Arsenal Investments

-Ben White: 58.50 million euros

-Albert Sambi Lokonga: 17.50 million euros

-Nuno Tavares: 8 million euros

-Martin Odegaard: 50 million euros (to be confirmed)

-Aaron Ramsdale: 35 million euros (to be confirmed).
