Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has undergone a physical transformation. This can be clearly seen in the trailer for the Bollywood movie Ek Villain Returns. In a recent interview, he says that all the criticism has helped him face this challenge.
He had a long way to go, but Arjun is very proud of what he has achieved. “It was a big challenge for me. Mainly because of his health problems. I am proud of myself for showing perseverance. It’s not easy spending long hours in the gym, eating well every day and developing the mental strength to put your health first.”
Also, Arjun Kapoor has always been very critical of his body. But now he has used this negative criticism as inspiration. “It wasn’t easy. But it’s worth it now that I’m getting all these great responses.”
“There was a time when everyone criticized me. They had no idea what he was fighting against. And I didn’t feel the need to share either. But that criticism motivated me.”
