The Popular Association of Savings and Loans (APAP) obtained Gold recognition in the customer experience (CX) customer experience category, in English, and innovation from the Country Awards for Financial Innovators in the Americas granted by Fintech Americas, for the solution “Digital Mortgage Loan”.
“We are the first and only entity in the Dominican financial system with a digital mortgage accompanied by a digital platform, designed so that our saving partners, customers and non-customers can finance their home by accessing it simply and quickly from wherever they are,” he said. the executive vice president of products, digital and experience of APAP, Serguey Forcade.
“This product is the result of the great transformation that APAP is undergoing, which motivates us to continue offering more agile, innovative, and sustainable responses for our saving partners and clients,” said Forcade.
The Country Awards were created to highlight initiatives in specific countries, with the goal that these efforts have a greater magnitude and positive impact in Latin America.
The winners of the 2023 Country Awards were selected from more than 200 proposals from entities throughout the Latin American region. A sample of the great adaptability that the Dominican Republic has in the face of market changes, development of new technologies, advances in national and international regulations and changes in customer expectations.
