Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is winning everyone’s hearts with her excellent performance. Ella’s movie Darlings de Ella was recently released on the OTT platform. In this movie, Shefali Shah and Vijay Varma are seen in the lead roles along with Alia. The acting of the three stars is being highly praised. This movie has been directed by Jasmeet K Reen. Jasmeet has told about a scene that Alia filmed despite being sick and gave a great performance. After this performance by Alia, the entire set applauded for her.
Darlings is a black comedy film. In which Alia decides to take revenge on her husband after suffering domestic violence for many years. Shefali Shah plays Alia’s mother. In one scene, Alia calls her mother at her house and tells her that she has had her husband tied up. She says: ‘Field is enough, Ammi. Now the batting is on. Alia was not feeling well while she was filming this scene.
Recalling this scene, Darlings director Jasmeet said: Alia was sick one day, but she still came to the set. I remember meeting her, she was sick and had to talk about a page of dialogue that day. I asked if she was okay. He said: She will do this scene. We shot the camera and Alia did the scene brilliantly. Which I really liked but something really cool happened on set that day. The whole ensemble stood up and applauded, not because it was a disease but because they liked what Alia was doing. Alia is a positive person.
Alia Bhatt has made her producer debut with Darlings. The film premiered on Netflix on August 5. Roshan Mathew, Rajesh Sharma and Kiran Karmakar are also seen playing major roles in the film.
