Adobe has rolled out a suite of new features for Adobe Express, its creative tool that’s designed to make content creation easier for everyone – from creatives to business professionals and small business owners. The latest updates focus on video editing, animation, and brand consistency, driven by AI.
Video Editing Just Got a Whole Lot Easier
The new video features in Adobe Express are designed to simplify the process of creating engaging video content. With Clip Maker, users can turn longer video sequences into shorter, shareable clips optimized for different channels. This is done by identifying key moments, adding captions, and reframing clips. Generate Video, powered by Firefly Video Model, uses text and image prompts to create custom, commercially safe b-roll and background footage. Other features like Voice Enhancement, Auto-Recording, Drop Zone, and Scene View make it easier to edit and polish video content.

The new Dynamic Animation feature adds natural, fun movements to designs, like Wobble and Wind effects, using advanced physical simulation. This makes it easy to add a touch of personality to content.
Maintaining Brand Consistency
Adobe Express is also making it easier to create on-brand content with features like Generate Similar, which can turn a single brand image into a cohesive collection in seconds. The tool is powered by Firefly models, which are commercially safe. Additionally, over 30 new filters, driven by Photoshop’s industry-leading image technology, are now available directly in Adobe Express, giving users a professional finish and helping them achieve their desired look.

Adobe Express is gaining traction, with enterprise customers growing 50% quarter-over-quarter and adoption of Adobe Express Premium among creative students increasing 85% year-over-year. The tool has also expanded its partnerships to include major brands like the National Football League, EA Sports, and Real Madrid, reaching millions of consumers and business professionals. With over 250 add-ons, Adobe Express is becoming a go-to platform for content creation.
