A law of 2! Albert Pujols hits home run 698

Dominican slugger Albert Pujols continues to make history in Major League Baseball after hitting his 698th career home run.

Also, Pujols’ four-corner shot was his 19th of the season.

The 2-run homer came in the sixth inning of the Cardinals-Cincinnati Reds game at Busch Stadium, off Dominican pitcher Raynel Espinal.

Pujols ranks fourth in the history of home runs in the Major Leagues, behind only Babe Ruth (714), Hank Aaron (755) and Barry Bonds (762).

After this match, the Cardinals would have 17 games remaining in the regular season.
