The match between the Spanish futsal team and that of Guatemala was suspended this Saturday shortly before starting for a positive case for coronavirus in the American team, in the tests carried out hours before the meeting in Jaén.
The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) reported what happened ahead of the match that was scheduled at 8.15 pm at the Palacio de Deportes Olivo Arena in Jaén. The positive in the rival team supposed the immediate suspension of the meeting, following at all times the protocols of the health authorities. The match was framed in the quadrangular ‘Andalusia, European Sports Region 2021’, preparation for the soccer World Cup in September in Lithuania.
