The latest “Weekend Ka Vaar” episode of Bigg Boss 19 has concluded, confirming the reality show’s Top 9 finalists. Despite a week filled with high-stakes challenges and personal revelations, a surprise announcement kept all nominated contestants safe.
Host Rohit Shetty, filling in for Salman Khan, revealed there would be no eviction this week. This unexpected decision means all eight nominated housemates will continue their journey in the competition.
However, the votes accumulated during this week’s nominations will carry forward to the next elimination round. This maintains the pressure on the contestants as the competition intensifies.
The official Top 9 contestants vying for the Bigg Boss 19 title are Gaurav, Pranit, Amal, Ashnoor, Kunika, Tanya, Farhana, Malti, and Shehbaz. One of these individuals will eventually be crowned the season’s winner.
Shetty energized the episode with his characteristic humor. He invited stand-up comedian Pranit More to perform a comedic roast, targeting both Shetty himself and the housemates.
The routine, which humorously placed contestants into scenarios from Shetty’s films, drew laughter from the entire house, including the filmmaker.
Contestants also participated in a “shock band” task. Participants wore special bands and received a minor electric shock if they answered “yes” to specific questions posed by Shetty.
Farhana Bhatt was among those who experienced a shock after agreeing to potentially join “Khatron Ke Khiladi.” Shehbaz Badesha, Pranit, Amal, and Tanya also took part, adding to the episode’s lighthearted moments.
Later, tensions rose as Farhana commented on fellow contestants Malti Chahar and Gaurav Khanna during a game, likening them to “flop films.”
Kunika then accused Gaurav Khanna of forming alliances and engaging in gossip behind others’ backs, labeling him a “coward.” Gaurav dismissed Kunika’s remarks, stating he does not take them seriously.
The emotional tone of the episode shifted with a visit from celebrity astrologer Jaya Madan. She engaged in a conversation with Farhana regarding her strained relationship with her father.
Madan offered advice, suggesting that open communication could help repair their bond. Farhana and Tanya both became visibly emotional during this segment.
